Case Study Summary – Business Development & Partnerships

As part of the recruitment process, candidates are required to complete a short case study assessing their ability to think strategically and execute commercially.

Task:
Develop a Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy that shows how Sun King can expand market presence by acquiring new partners, strengthening existing ones, and increasing retail availability—while maintaining brand quality and social impact.

What to Submit:
  • A PowerPoint presentation (maximum 10 slides)
  • Covering market assessment, RTM strategy, partner and retail growth, sales execution, and collaboration
Guidelines:
  • Reasonable assumptions may be made and should be clearly stated
  • Focus on practical, realistic, and well-structured thinking
