Training Program Development
-Create programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, collection practices, and customer service skills for field staff and sales agents.
Training Delivery
- Deliver interactive training sessions, audit, and improve the training provided by Regional Mentors nationwide.
- Ensure consistent content delivery and adherence to training standards across locations.
LMS Management
- Manage Sun King’s LMS to enhance user activity and engagement by deploying engaging content.
- Clean up and align team data as required.
Onboarding and Induction
- Work with regional mentors to provide new field staff and sales agents with the necessary knowledge and tools for effective performance.
Training Needs Assessment
- Regularly assess and identify gaps through feedback and develop targeted initiatives to address them.
Training Evaluation
- Evaluate training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and adjust as necessary for improvement.
Training Content Development
- Create and update training materials, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future use.
Pilot Training Management
- Work with cross-functional teams and regional mentors to align pilot training plans with objectives.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Development, and other departments to ensure training programs meet business objectives and reflect product updates.
Training Support
- Provide continuous support and address training-related queries and challenges to improve performance.
RM Performance Management
- Onboard and provide ongoing coaching to Regional Mentors to meet their Key Performance Indicators.
Training Compliance
- Adhere to all training-related regulations, policies, and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, data protection, and ethical practices.
Training Reporting
- Regularly report training outcomes, key performance indicators, and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
