About The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Lead to be accountable for developing and managing the organization's global performance marketing approach across paid digital channels. The Digital Marketing Lead will focus on achieving business growth through customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency using data-informed marketing practices.

The Digital Marketing Lead will manage end-to-end campaign planning, implementation, optimization, performance measurement, and reporting across global markets. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate marketing, and emerging digital advertising platforms, together with marketing technology, tracking, attribution, and platform integration expertise. The role combines strategic planning with operational excellence while providing guidance and professional development for a high-performing marketing team.

What you will be expected to do:

1. Performance Marketing Strategy
Develop and manage the global performance marketing strategy in line with business goals.
Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly customer acquisition plans across markets.
Deliver customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency targets.
Create scalable paid media approaches for established and emerging markets.
Identify opportunities to expand customer acquisition across digital channels.

2. Campaign Planning and Implementation
Manage the complete campaign lifecycle across multiple digital platforms.
Establish campaign goals, audience plans, bidding approaches, creative direction, and budget allocation.
Optimize campaigns to maximize business outcomes.
Monitor campaign results and implement continuous improvements.
Conduct A/B testing for creative assets, landing pages, audiences, and bidding approaches to improve outcomes.

3. Paid Media Channel Management

Manage planning and implementation across:

Google Ads

Search
Performance Max
Display
Demand Gen
YouTube
App Campaigns (where applicable)

Meta

Facebook
Instagram
Reels
Instant Form campaigns
Advantage+ campaigns

Additional Channels

Affiliate marketing
Programmatic advertising
Emerging advertising platforms
Retail media networks
Assess new customer acquisition channels and introduce them where appropriate.

4. Performance Improvement

Manage optimization of the customer acquisition journey across channels.
Improve campaign effectiveness using data-informed methods.
Monitor and optimize: Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost per Acquisition Opportunity (CPL), Conversion Rate, Revenue, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Marketing Return on Investment (ROI)
Recommend budget adjustments based on campaign results.

5. Measurement, Attribution and Tracking

Manage the digital measurement framework across paid channels.
Ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of: GA4 (Google's web measurement platform), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Server-side tracking
UTM governance, Enhanced Conversions.
Verify tracking accuracy and address attribution issues.
Work with Product and Engineering teams to maintain platform integrations.

6. Marketing Technology

Manage implementation and continuous improvement of the marketing technology ecosystem.
Introduce automation where appropriate.
Assess new marketing technology solutions to improve campaign effectiveness and reporting.
Maintain effective integration between advertising platforms, CRM, website, and measurement systems.

7. Reporting and Business Insights

Create executive dashboards for campaign performance.
Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates.
Produce practical insights from campaign data.
Convert findings into suggested actions for business partners.

8. Cross-functional Working

Work with Brand, Product, Technology, Measurement, CRM, and Sales teams.
Manage relationships with media agencies and external partners.
Ensure paid media activities remain consistent with overall business goals.

You might be a strong candidate if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Master's degree is an added advantage.
8–12 years of practical experience in digital performance marketing.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-country or global paid media campaigns.
Experience managing substantial advertising budgets with measurable business outcomes.
Extensive knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Experience with affiliate marketing and emerging customer acquisition channels.
Practical experience with tracking, attribution, measurement frameworks, and marketing technology implementations.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and providing coaching and professional development to marketing professionals.
